Appointment of a contractor for the paving of 8.5km internal streets in Muyexe Village, Giyani Local Municipality, Llimpopo Province.
Bidders shall be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and should have a minimum CIDB Contractor grading of 8CE or higher.

Only tenderers who meet the following Pre-qualification criteria for Preferential Procurement may
respond:
(c) A tenderer subcontracting a minimum of 30% to either of the following-
I. An EME or QSE
II. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people;
III. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are youth;
IV. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are women;
