Naledi Agric  farming is led by an exceptional young enterprenure and academic (Professional) that consist out of leadeship of its chairman and CEO, Mr Lesitsi Tladi, 30, is in position of B.tech HND in business I.T, MCP,MCSA: Office 365, VCP, VMware6.5 and who also has wealth of experiance in livestok farming has been running the farming in the free state almost three years. Agriculture has been a big part of his business ventures and hobbies, and as a result of such he has taken intiative to expand his knowledge to that of  the farming sector.

-undestanding the role farmers play in the national economy and providing them with adequate farming space and skills doesnt explain the value proposition of this initiative, or wehat makes it so unique. young farmers are particularly vulnarable in their early start up years, and particularly in africa where there is high percentage of inexperiance workers, starting their farming businesses. lack of exposure to formal sectors mature cooperative governance (due to white spread lack of employment opportunities) means that the are significantly thigher percentage of students or inexperiance enterprenures trying their luck at starting companies.

farming start tend to attract agriculture proffesionals with little farmong experiance. further, the start up environment can be significatly more hostile in developing economy where services remain inadequate, in accesible or expensive

-emerging farmers co-located is important as it leads to natural clustering and collaboration.

-farmers will learn morre from each other, and other faming models and consultent

-combining startup farmers with mature farmers in same farm and encourages collabouration

- Diversified farming modles keep programmes sustainable and independent

-not being 100% publicly funded keeps farm focused on the fam and livestock provided

-Strict entry creteria (focused on breeding, innovation and implementation) can ensure high succes rates

- investers/farmers seeking to make new equity investment can be leverage as mentors.

-Farmers seeking future clients can provide this counted proffesional services.

-a strong manager who monitors both mentors and farms is key to managers who have enteprenurail experiance and can relate to the famr programmes can remain lean and cost effective with few employees ensuring farmers gain experance t and that the farm  generate revenue.
