Minister Nkoana-Mashabane to address a graduation ceremony of 338 youth in Oudtshoorn

The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Ms Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will on Friday, 10 August 2018, attend and address the 8th graduation ceremony of 338 participants from the National Rural Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC).

The certificates will be presented to participants who successfully completed courses in

 

Building and Civil Construction, Community House Building, Engeneering Studies, Animal Production, Welding, Engeneering Fabrication and National Certificate in General Security Practices.

 

The NARYSEC programme is implemented by the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform and is intended to contribute towards the state's broader skills development initiatives for the country's youth.
